Cancellation Policy
To reserve your appointment, a 50% deposit is required and will be applied toward your service.
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments changed within 48 hours will result in a 50% service fee.
Same day cancellations, reschedules, or missed appointments will result in a 100% service fee. Any remaining balance will be charged to the card on file.
Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may result in a shortened service or cancellation and will be treated as a late cancellation. All deposits are non-refundable.
